Job Description:
Purpose:
Facilitate virtual and in-person training to equip employees with necessary skills.
Essential Functions:
Deliver training reflecting adult learning principles.
Improve training content based on business trends and evaluations.
Develop and maintain training materials.
Coordinate training schedules.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Guide and mentor less experienced staff; may lead a team of matrixed resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 extra years of relevant experience.
Experience:
2 years delivering training or adult learning modules.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of adult learning methods and LMS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and video editing.
Strong research, analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Positive customer service.
Physical Demands:
Mostly seated, occasional walking/standing.
Frequent use of hands for typing.
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
