Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Doral, FL. Summary: The L&D Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for Company destinations. Reporting to the Destination L&D Supervisor, this role collaborates with stakeholders to prepare relevant training materials and supports effective implementation. They coordinate related logistics, support in conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and help evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. They will also help monitor destination compliance training activities and draw accurate reports as needed. Responsibilities: Content development and curation:
Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and eLearning content, to support destination training programs
Ensure that materials are kept updated, consistent and relevant
Create and maintain knowledge articles, including guidelines using SharePoint to ensure curation and consistent content delivery
Program Support
Offer support and guidance during the implementation of training programs, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring that training objectives are met
Support new and existing training activities on-site and off-site, including coordination with respective teams for scheduling, venue bookings, trainer coordination, procuring and securing materials, to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the program
Support any post-training activity, as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, Communication, Management, or HR preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles, with a focus on training development and implementation
At least 12 months of experience in a medium-large corporate setting with cross functional collaboration being a key function; Previous internships in a large company will be advantageous
Some experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry
Proficiency in Office 365 for Business with SharePoint required
Proficient in utilizing learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital tools for effective training delivery and program management
Preferred certifications in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
