Learning and Development Manager

A key member of the People & Performance team, the Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs to support CLEAR team members across our corporate offices. This includes the assessment of employee needs, designing and facilitating programs and processes, providing data-driven results to leadership on learning outcomes, vendor management, and administration of key L&D systems. This position serves a critical role in driving CLEAR’s culture of high performance and engagement.

What You Will Do:

  • Build, design, and identify learning resources and programs to support the continued development of all CLEAR employees.
  • Serve as a learning and talent development strategic advisor by partnering with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and implement learning programs to drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate, deliver, and iterate on key L&D programs, such as new hire orientation.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends within the Learning and Development space to continuously improve existing L&D programs, evaluate new and existing partners / vendors, and strategically engage with internal and external partners to keep CLEAR on the cutting edge of L&D best practices.
  • Build and refine mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data to identify opportunities to more closely align program and learning outcomes with business goals.


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development in fast-paced and high-growth companies, and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in coaching and providing training for business partners and managers at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Expert facilitation skills with the ability to lead both virtual and in-person workshops.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, influencing, and relationship-building across functions and levels.
  • Best-in-class communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to distill complex concepts into digestible and easy-to-understand ideas.
  • Instructional & Learning Design certification a plus

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
