This is a work-from-home position with travel and in-store time expectations.
Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expense. Midwest residence preferred. Geographical hiring limits exist.

Required Education And Skills
Bachelor of Business Administration, Organization Development or related field
5+ Years of Learning and Development and Training experience
Strong understanding of leadership theory, adult learning principles, and best practices in leadership development.
Ability to analyze and assess high-potential employees and leaders
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Highly energetic, emotionally insightful person
Project Management skills with high attention to detail
Mentoring and Coaching experience
