Summary
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve by supporting our culture of learning. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating company training classes, conferences, and meetings; tracking training requests and attendance; coordinating training sessions; completing grant application processes; maintenance of our internal SharePoint site; maintenance of our Learning Management Systems; and maintain our inventory of materials. This individual is seen as a champion for the company and sets the example by promoting our culture, our values and our purpose.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Provides general administrative and project support for the Learning & Development Department
Supports all areas of L&D: onboarding, employee development, leadership development and engagement
Coordinates the scheduling of training to include: communication of the training opportunities, calendar invites, rooms reservations, room set-up, meals, audiovisual needs, handouts, etc.
Responsible for administration of our Learning Management System to include: helping internal users, ensuring materials are accurate, working with our vendors to maintain records and structure, and providing reports
Responsible for updating internal SharePoint pages and resources
Reinforces learning by ensuring follow-up surveys, activities, or materials get to the participants and leaders in a timely manner as defined by each program
Supports the annual employee feedback survey to include: data management, input of organizational structure and assistance with reports
Documents and maintains updates Learning & Development processes and ensures these are current
Tracks and manages inventory and ordering of Learning & Development materials
Coordinates, tracks, and prepares training grants
Participates in projects of various levels of complexity to design learning solutions for any level of the organization
Partners with other Organizational Effectiveness teams (i.e. Human Resources, Continuous Improvement and Health, Wellness and Safety) for providing support for our culture, engagement of people and values of our company
Manages deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality; clearly defines and documents learning/project plans

Job Requirements/Specifications
High School diploma or GED required, college education preferred Strong computer skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
0-2 years of experience with Learning & Development, Human Resources or administrative work preferred
Customer Service experience required
Project management experience preferred
Ability to interact with others in a professional manner
