Our prestigious legal firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent role that is instrumental in supporting our learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for developing others. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, alongside some of the industry's top legal professionals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule learning and development programs, ensuring all logistical details are effectively managed.
  • Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Process invoices related to learning and development activities, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning and development activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of learning and development programs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to learning and development processes and systems.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of learning materials and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal industry.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, organizing, budget managing, and processing invoices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and processing invoices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for learning and development, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
