About the Role
As a Learner Experience Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for learners and the instructional team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Academics and Learner Success, you will be responsible for driving high learner satisfaction, instructor performance, and learner graduation rates. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure positive learning experiences at the cohort level. This is a full-time remote role with the flexibility to work evening hours to support part-time bootcamps.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end learner experience for multiple cohorts, ensuring high satisfaction and graduation rates
Act as a strategic consultant for instructors, teaching assistants, and learners
Monitor and report on learner success metrics
Lead communication and support for the instructional team
Facilitate learner progress, engagement, and career readiness
Address and resolve learner concerns and escalations
Coordinate with enrollment and curriculum teams to improve the learning experience
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a tech or education-related field preferred
Passion for the tech and education sectors
1+ years of experience in education, teaching, or academic operations
Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate virtually
Customer-focused with strong stakeholder satisfaction skills
Tech-savvy with experience in technical roles
Preferred Skills
Experience in web development, data analytics, AIML, or cybersecurity
Familiarity with learning management systems
