Job Description

  • The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager is a highly experienced and skilled professional who is responsible for leading and identifying opportunities to integrate the Salesforce environments of two business after an acquisition. 
  • They will use their knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to work with stakeholders within this organization to document and understand current processes and support the development roadmap for the integration of the enterprise application.

  • Experience supporting the implementation of Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to new business problems and understand complex processes
  • Has experience driving both long-term initiatives (e.g., 12+ months) and rapid process improvements (e.g., 1 week)
  • The individual may also be responsible for training and mentoring other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

  • Map current state of the business to identify opportunities to drive synergies leveraging process and technology changes for the Salesforce integration.
  • Identify and eliminate waste in knowledge systems and physical processes
  • Improve processes to eliminate complexity and reduce costs
  • Train and mentor other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of problems
  • Communicate project status and results to stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate financial impact of a continuous improvement initiative.
  • Stay up-to-date on Lean Six Sigma best practices

Qualifications

Must haves

  • Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations and/or integrations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce’s custom applications.
  • 4+ years in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Health-tech, Finance, Fin-tec, pharmaceuticals, medical device or Technology
  • 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma running large scale projects and cross functional Kaizen events or Agile Project Management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ideally supporting the development of custom applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To haves

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt  or Agile Scum Master Certification
  • Experience in using transactional Lean Six Sigma capabilities in the services space (Implementation, Professional services, contact centers, sales, commercial operations)
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise using applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
