Position: Entrepreneur Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Lean Six Sigma Bureau is seeking highly experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Lean Six Sigma professionals to join our community. Whether you already have your own consulting firm and want to extend your services with accredited Lean Six Sigma training and certification, or you have always dreamed of becoming independent and starting your own business, Lean Six Sigma Bureau is here to facilitate your journey. We will set you up with the complete infrastructure needed to start directly. In addition, you will be developed into a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to lead high-impact projects, mentor aspiring Lean Six Sigma Green, Black Belts and eventualy Master Black Belts, and innovate new training, coaching and consultancy offerings.

Responsibilities

As a true company owner, an independent contractor, and part of Lean Six Sigma Bureau, you will be responsible for:

Building Skills and Mindset:

• Develop the entrepreneurial skills and mindset necessary to run your own service business.
• Take full responsibility for the success and growth of your business within the Lean Six Sigma Bureau framework.

Offer Creation

• Develop a deep understanding of market needs and ensure that our offerings meet these demands.
• Innovate and tailor Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, and certification programs to achieve the best product/market fit.

Sales and Communication:

• Drive sales efforts to attract and retain clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
• Master effective communication techniques to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Customer Fulfillment:

• Provide exceptional service to your customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts, supporting their professional development.

Community Engagement:

• Engage with our global community, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.

• Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a pre.
