Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at Glassdome. The Lean Manufacturing Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. They will work closely with manufacturing teams to identify waste, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization. The consultant will also develop and implement Lean Management techniques and provide training and support to teams.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, and Business Process Improvement
Expertise in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering
Ability to identify and analyze complex manufacturing processes and systems
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory (4+ years)
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
