About This Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Virtual Proctor to join our team.
In this role, youwill be the subject matter expert for all aspects of Novir’s drug screening process and the systems behind it. You will be the face of Novir interfacing with clients and their new hires, whileproctoringoral pre-employment drug screens, virtually.
To be successful in this role, you will have an ability to learn systems and technology, have an eye for process improvements, and be a strong communicator.
What You'll Do:
Be a subject matter expert for the proctoring experience
Interface with HR representatives for clients confirming new orders for drug screens and communicating results
Become a subject matter expert for our virtual testing platform
Open and monitor scheduling windows within the platform
Ensure scheduling coverage for all hours is accurate
Monitor all phases of the tracker including adding tracking information and updates, ZoHo Inventory Management, and background check phases and process
Provide continuous feedback on tooling for process improvements
Act as the lead tester and conduct virtual tests when needed
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working with tracking systems or software
3+ years in a customer facing role, bonus points for providing remote customer service or support
Strong technical acumen, comfortable with video programs such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Strong ability to improve processes
Strong attention to detail and processes
Execute best practices ensuring quality standards and results
