Lead Technical Recruiter

Youngsoft is a fast growing IT consulting and staffing company.​ We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of IT recruiting experience.

The Lead Technical Recruiter will play the role of leading the onshore and offshore recruiting team ensuring that they attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the Director, this role will handle full-cycle IT recruitment.

Must be local to Wixom, Mi area

Experience:

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience
• Lead recruiting experience
• Possess a good understanding of IT products
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting/sourcing experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Lead the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Prepare reports and metrics on recruitment efforts for senior management.
• Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
