In this pivotal role, you will take charge of overseeing stakeholder training services at SPP, focusing on critical areas like regional emergency operations (reliability) and energy markets training. We need someone with a diverse skill set encompassing project management, facilitation, supervision, writing/editing, oral communication, and exceptional presentation skills. You'll also play a key role in developing innovative training programs and performance support tools. To be successful as the Lead Stakeholder Trainer, we're looking for:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid (2-3 days in office) position located in Little Rock, Arkansas, with the possibility of remote work being approved for senior-level applicants initially living outside of a 50-mile radius.
Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required.
Travel Requirement
This position requires moderate travel (approximately 20-30%).

To be successful as the Lead Stakeholder Trainer, we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related or education/training-related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ten (10) years of training and/or performance support experience with at least Three (3) years of leadership experience
- Five (5) years of work in a customer-facing job role
- Deep understanding of the systematic approach to training
- Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, a large volume of work, and stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Evidence of self-initiative, self-direction, motivation, as well as critical and creative thinking skills
- Advanced degree in a business-related or education/training-related field
- Training experience within the electric utility industry
- Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience
