Lead Scheduler

Description:

Following a surge of growth, my client is looking to hire a strong Heavy Civil Lead Scheduler to oversee key civil projects. Following this there will be the opportunity to progress to a Senior Divisional position, taking on more responsibilities and overseeing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events for the project.
• Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Very experienced in creating, updating and maintaining the baseline schedule.
• Lateral scheduling experience and able to hit the ground running with minimal job training.
• Act as a liaison between higher management and relevant stakeholders.
• Generate reports and analyse scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for schedule improvement.
• Must be fluent in Time Impact Analysis.
