Job Purpose
Join our growing eCommerce team and make a positive impact in this newly created role. You will be responsible for leading functional testing of our eCommerce web and native mobile applications as well as maintaining reliable and high-quality delivery:
Quality Assurance
Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous operational improvements.
Testing
Provides authoritative expertise in their areas of Lead responsibility. Ensures roadmaps of activities within their areas drive toward improved testing outcomes.
Data Collection and Analysis
Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
Quality Assurance Testing Design
Develop and validate complex new test methods and procedures for a product or operations segment, incorporating new technologies and meeting changing organizational, customer, and/or regulatory requirements.
Testing Administration
Creates feature and capability roadmaps for area within their Lead responsibility.
Technical Developments Recommendation
Discuss and recommend more complex or innovative solutions to better meet users’ and/or business, performance, quality needs.
Quality Roadmap
Own a roadmap to facilitate overall quality improvements and ensure the team’s work is prioritized in line with established goals.
Continuous Improvement
Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
Ongoing Learning and Development
Act as subject matter expert in quality and its implementation and improvement for the team. Develop and maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years)
Targeted Pay Range: $95,200 - $158,800. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Job Purpose
Join our growing eCommerce team and make a positive impact in this newly created role. You will be responsible for leading functional testing of our eCommerce web and native mobile applications as well as maintaining reliable and high-quality delivery:
- Collaborate with, mentor, and lead Quality Assurance Engineers of various seniority levels
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate key performance indicators of eCommerce Quality to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate on a roadmap to improve overall quality of eCommerce web and native mobile applications by enhancing testing throughout the SDLC
- Devise optimal quality processes within the existing product teams’ agile methodology
- Collaborate on quality with all roles of eCommerce Product Teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Scrum Masters
- Monitor quality activities and processes to adopt and improve compliance with industry quality standards and models, such as TMMI
- Help optimize bug tracking, test planning, and test execution through the overall application release process
- Evaluate and implement new cutting-edge quality testing tools that improve the quality and efficiency of our applications
- Experience as a Lead or Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with functional testing of large-scale eCommerce web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with working as part of a remote team with onshore as well as nearshore/offshore members
- Proven expertise in collaboration with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders
- Excellent time-management skills for yourself and your extended team
- Success working within an Agile process and methodology
