The role
The Lead Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial assets on behalf of the firm and develop rigorous and disciplined investment processes, including idea generation, trade structure, portfolio construction, and risk management.
To be successful
Candidates will have a verifiable track record with a live strategy that has been operational for at least one year with a PnL of 10+ million.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or other industry related discipline
Excellent investment track record with positive PnL and Sharpe of 2
Experience with investment strategies focused on alpha generation and attractive risk-adjusted return profile throughout investment cycles
Vast knowledge and experience in managing institutional size capital within a hedge fund or proprietary trading environment
Experience in managing risk, specifically for discretionary investment strategies
