We are currently looking for experienced Lead Pastry Cook to join Frenchette's culinary team. The ideal candidate displays an excitement for food and hospitality. As a critical member of the culinary team, a successful Lead pastry cook will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. Produce consistent, quality seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Support the Pastry Chef as Pastry needed.
Support Executive Chef and as needed.
Oversees the activities of the pastry staff in the absence of the Pastry Chef.
Maintain a lean and orderly pastry kitchen while adhering to NY health and safety standards
Ideal Candidate
Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
Have experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and events.
Prepare and execute key components of seasonal dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy
Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Wanting to be apart of a small yet diverse pastry program
This position will work as needed.
This is an AM/PM POSITION.
ability to manage time for both production and plating
must be able to work NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
