About the Role:

Job Title: Java Spring Boot Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining applications.
• Design and architect scalable and robust solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Knowledge of understanding Java older versions.
• Experience in Analyzing and understanding current application (As-Is).

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deployment to Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, PGQ, FTP, SMS, Mail.
• Familiarity with JUnit, JStorm, Jenkins.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios).

Location: Berkey Heights, NJ

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000– $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
