The Lead Integration Consultant is responsible for the execution of strategic integrations of Follett's platforms, such as ConnectOnce, the Follett Discover Suite of Tools, Follett Access, and the Follett Willo LTI Tool, with our partner institutions' systems, such as their Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS). This role is a working supervisor of the Integration Consultants and will have the responsibilities below.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading campus integrations, including technical setup and support.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to facilitate connectivity to customer datasets and various tools like SSO and LTIs. This includes offering documentation and guidance, actively participating in calls, and maintaining consistent communication channels with the campus.
  • Support a team of implementation consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.
  • Assist with project queues and workloads to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
  • Oversee integrations support ticketing queues, such as Jira, ensuring timely and accurate responses on tickets, track reporting, and monitor ticket aging.
  • Assist with support for handling tickets and provide guidance for troubleshooting issues.
  • Oversee technical support for integrations, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain documentation for both customers and internal processes.
  • Track program, process, or platform requirements to improve ConnectOnce and Discover integration processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive positive change.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Client Integrations and EdTech Platforms
  • Experience working with clients on partnerships involving product integrations.
  • Experience with student information systems such as Ellucian, Banner, Colleague, Peoplesoft, Jenzabar, DataTel, and Workday.
  • Experience configuring learning tools within learning management systems, such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, and Moodle.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting data issues. Understanding of database architecture and database modeling.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows systems for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Knowledge of APIs such as REST, SOAP, and GraphQL, and ability to work with APIs for data querying and adjusting integration configurations.
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Including experience with VPNs, firewalls, and other networking tools.
  • Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables with a high degree of accountability and urgency.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana). Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve integration issues.
  • Previous experience in leadership roles, including managing and mentoring team members.
