Job Title : Lead Integration Architect | IBM IIB & APIc Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Integration Architect | IBM IIB & APIc Specialist who will have a proven track record in architecture beyond lead design duties with a comprehensive understanding of application architectural componentization.
Responsibilities
Proven project experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience with Service and API management applications (e.g., IIB, Layer7, APIc, WSRR).
Strong UML experience.
Prior experience leading architectural development processes.
Experience with Agile Methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), is desired.
Knowledge of the healthcare or insurance/financial services industry is preferred but not required.
Understanding of the rules engine and BPM applications is preferred.
Strong decision-making skills related to business and technology.
Develop and implement architecture principles on various projects, with a clear understanding of the delineation between architecture and high-level design.
Focus on System Integration, with demonstrated experience in Service Interface Design utilizing Service or Data Bus technology, ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize Service and API management applications (e.g., IIB, Layer7, APIc, WSRR) effectively.
Apply strong UML experience to the architecture process.
Understand and, where necessary, incorporate rules engine and business process management (BPM) applications and tools.
Lead and collaborate with application development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and other project constituents through the architectural development process.
Discover and define technical requirements about functional requirements, ensuring documented requirements are adequate for architecture definition.
Make informed business and technology decisions to influence project outcomes positively.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, demonstrating strong leadership to influence decisions and drive progress.
Utilize Agile Methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in project execution.
