Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR/Benefits Operations professional who is customer-focused, self-motivated and possesses an innate ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels within the organization. The successful candidate must have a learning mindset, agility in a fast-paced technology company, must be customer service driven, problem solving, and have a positive attitude.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Triage employee requests, completing and/or assigning as appropriate
  • Find effective solutions to problems or escalate them to the appropriate representatives
  • Provide courteous customer service by answering questions that relate employee information, resolving discrepancies and/or clarifying procedures for employees, supervisors, managers, and others
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health care, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans, including billing reconciliation
  • Provide information and guidance to employees and managers related to state, federal, and company sponsored leave benefits
  • Partner with payroll, commissions team, and vendors to coordinate supplemental pay as per company policy
  • Review and approve life events and monitor and resolve any all carrier connection issues
  • Conduct HR data audits & prepare HR reports as needed
  • Conduct new hire/benefits orientation for incoming employee new hires
  • Assist and process the employees’ life cycle with onboarding, off-boarding, and leave administration

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of US employment law, HR principles, compensation, and benefits
  • Advanced knowledge of federal and state leave laws, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and State Paid Family Medical Leaves (PFML)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
  • High self-initiative, roll up your sleeves results-oriented mindset
  • Very organized with impeccable attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to work within a constantly changing environment
  • The ability to serve multiple customers and manage a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to work with global stakeholders and navigate scheduling between various time zones
  • Skilled in the operation of a MAC/PC, and familiar with Google applications, and MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience required

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $101,400-164,700.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
