AT&T is currently seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner who will be based in the vibrant Discovery District in downtown Dallas. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, project manager, influencer, collaborator, and much more. You’ll partner with your clients through specific HR initiatives including compensation, employee engagement, talent reviews, organizational design as well as offer ongoing strategic advice and guidance across the HR landscape.

What will you do?
- Provide consultation to clients delivering strategic Human Resource services support.
- Execute HR processes and solutions in support of achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate with partners, including Centers of Excellence, to support the business unit and/or HR objectives and goals, driving towards common cross-business unit processes and solutions.
- Promote and support employee engagement and advance our culture through effective strategic HR collaboration.
- Conduct analysis of employee and business unit performance to help determine progress toward established goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of related HR experience or 1 to 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field is preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Executive presence and willingness to act boldly and confidently.
- A proactive collaborator who seeks assistance and leverages team strengths to achieve goals.
- Ability to work pivot quickly and work under deadlines.
