Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $120K-$140K

Requirements: 3+ years of experience

Our company has been in business for more than 80 years, and our products are recognized for their high caliber, cutting-edge design, and extended shelf life. We produce sweet baked goods, and our assortment of delectable, individually wrapped delicacies includes honey buns, baked pies, fried pies, and gem donuts to meet the demands of all consumers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create additional goods to enable increased manufacturing capacity
• Fix any performance problems with the currently manufactured goods.
• Launch any new product's production and prepare handling data for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Sales to ascertain consumer preferences for novel tastes and packaged goods.
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 3+ years of Food Technologist experience
• Food Science or Food Chemistry experience
