We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Field Service Technician to look after the home service and maintenance needs of our customers. As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, perform property exterior & interior services, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, respond to client requests, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Lead Service Technician Responsibilities:
Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.
Meeting with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
Conduct home exterior & interior maintenance services.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures.
Providing preventive equipment maintenance.
Completing job reports.
Lead Service Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Proven work experience as a Field Service Technician.
Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
Basic handy man skills
Ability to problem-solve.
Good communication, customer interaction and training skills.
Able to work with heavy equipment & on ladders.
