As our B2B Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in creating and expanding our partner network and uncovering new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a driven individual eager to grow with us and lead our expansion by building strong, strategic partnerships.

Aufgaben

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to business clients, offering products and services that meet their needs while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Understand the specific needs of business customers and tailor communications to their business context.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while adhering to sales strategies and scripts.
  • Manage a pipeline of business leads and follow up as necessary to close sales.
  • Record detailed notes on customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product developments and refine sales techniques.


Qualifikation

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales environments, with a proven track record in telesales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices relevant to B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a highly positive attitude.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of autonomy.
  • Detail-oriented and effective in follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Capable of adapting communication style to suit different business clients.
