Job Title: Lead Data Quality Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our organization's data. As a Lead Data Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data quality processes, conducting thorough data analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor data quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Define and enforce data quality policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with relevant teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data quality analysts.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement data quality tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role, with a minimum of X years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Leadership experience or the ability to lead a team effectively.
