We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our organization's data assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data quality standards and processes across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Data Quality Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce data quality assurance processes, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to address data quality issues.
• Data Profiling and Analysis: Conduct thorough data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and trends, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address them.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality standards, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and implement data quality improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving data quality standards to continuously improve data quality processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data quality management, with at least [X years] of experience in a leadership role.
