SERVPRO of West Palm Beach is looking for Crew Chiefs to join our experienced, successful team. This candidate has had experience in the restoration industry or in similar industries.
$18-20/hour based on WRT Certification

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage production crews
Coordinate and perform production processes for each restoration project
Manage and control labor, equipment, and other assets on assigned projects
Perform water and mold damage restoration including dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal etc. as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 Pounds
Ability to learn in-house software
Able to successfully pass a background check
Valid Driver’s License & able to successfully pass a driver license check. (little to no offenses)
Previous restoration experience
Certification, preferable but not required. We can provide certification courses.
