Schedule & Pay

• This is a Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly schedule
• Hours: 10:30am - 7pm
• Required: Every other weekend required and every other holiday
• Pay: $18.00/hour

, Job Description

• Serves as a working lead supervisor coordinating activities of associates engaged in dining services.
• Assists in monitoring associate productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity.
• Assists in the supervisor of day-to-day activities of dining staff and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities.
• Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties.
• Works with customers and associates to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Acts as manager/supervisor on duty as assigned.
  
  

, Qualifications

• High school diplomaor GED equivalency, required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ year(s) related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
