Will be focused on Marketing Analytics (Reports, Lead Generation, etc).
The role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing marketing data to identify trends and provide insights that support the various marketing teams in making decisions on how to increase top-of-funnel traffic and convert that traffic to qualified pipeline that ultimately converts to deals. This individual will be a critical member of a larger Marketing Analytics organization, focusing specifically on measuring marketing’s contribution to pipeline creation analytics as well as digital and website performance.
This role is responsible for documenting reporting needs, determining the right systems, data, and metrics to measure, and executing as well as presenting the analysis in order to provide the team with comprehensive recommendations that enable performance-driven decision-making.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Determine KPIs most critical to measuring success of key strategies
• Drive ad hoc analysis projects as required by the Marketing Planning and Operations team and leadership
• Leverage Salesforce, Marketo and other technologies to gather, analyze, and visualize data to translate data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and support reporting standardization of key metrics by working closely with key stakeholders
About You
• Experience in a SaaS marketing operations / marketing analytics function required; previous experience with pipeline and digital / website measurement preferred
• Experience with analytical techniques and their application to marketing challenges
• Ability to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements
• Ability to tell a succinct, actionable, story through data, communicating complex data concepts in ways that marketing leaders and other functions will understand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Salesforce, GA4; Tableau experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross functional relationships
