Well known Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an Experienced Law Firm Administrator to oversee a law firm of approximately 40 employees.
This candidate should have 3-5 years of Law Firm Management, possess great customer service skills and be able to think outside the box and work with all types of personalities.
Duties and Requirements will include, but are not limited to the following:
Management of Employees daily
Interviewing, onboarding, and terminations
A/P, A/R, submitting payroll bi-weekly
Working with the CPA when needed
Working with the Managing Attorney daily
Working with the rest of the Management Team
Benefits Coordination
Working with Vendors
Knowledge of Trust Accounts is very helpful
Experience with Quickbooks is helpful
Very organized and detail oriented
Knowledge of posting job ads when needed
General run of the office on a daily basis
