Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced, skilled and experienced Large Format Printing Operator and Wrap Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating large format printers, laminators, and other finishing equipment and preparing and applying vinyl wraps on various surfaces, including vehicles. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Duties:
• Operate large format printers, cutters, and laminators to produce high-quality prints
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on printing and finishing equipment
• Prepare files for print, ensuring correct color profiles and print settings
• Manage print workflow, including scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking print jobs
• Measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to various surfaces, ensuring precision and accuracy
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials and wraps to ensure adherence to company standards
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to improve skills and processes continuously
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in large format printing and vinyl wrap application
• Proficiency in operating large format printers, laminators, and other finishing equipment
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, RIP software)
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for color and print quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift and handle large rolls of vinyl and other materials
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  
  

• Skills:
• Certification in vehicle wrap installation or related field
• Experience with different types of vinyl and application techniques
• Familiarity with cutting and weeding vinyl graphics
