The large format printer’s primary role is to coordinate with the production team and print the artwork required for the daily/weekly production using ONYX rip software in conjunction with Epson, canon, and HP large format printers. This person will also work closely with the design team in editing and creating new digital artwork under close supervision.
Acute attention to detail and time management skills are a must.
RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
Print according to the daily/weekly needs of production
Filing, saving and labeling of digital files
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all materials (i.e. ink, paper, canvas)
Maintain/monitor machinery in order to keep in good working condition
Manage the archiving of prints using Digital Asset Management software
Creating, building and color correcting digital artwork
Scan original artwork
Preferred Skill Qualifications:
Organization and time management
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience using ONYX software and large format printers
Experience in using Excel and other microsoft office product
