Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain safety standards and repairs on all equipment.
Receive direct supervision from the Lead Foreman. Much of the daily operation of this position will be without direct supervision.
Maintain knowledge of all contract schedules and assignments.
Maintain an organized inventory for all supplies and equipment.
Maintain daily written records and reports.
Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Communicate clearly in oral and written form on a constant basis.
May be required to drive a truck with a plow for snow removal.
Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
During slow periods/off-season, paint Kennedy Collective SM locations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent or 1+ years’ experience in the field.
Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification
Must have reliable, consistent means of transportation to report to work
Must maintain a satisfactory driving record, if in possession of a driver’s license.
Depending upon the assignment must be able to work in a variety of settings, weather conditions, and locations.
Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and the internet.
Physical Requirements
Move weights up to 30 lbs. on a constant basis and up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
Work independently; utilize good judgment and possess a strong sense of initiative.
Snow plowing and shoveling, painting.
8am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday
