As a Landscape Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting landscape lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Installation: Execute the installation of landscape lighting fixtures, wiring, and control systems according to design plans.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of existing landscape lighting systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with lighting systems, including identifying and repairing faulty wiring, fixtures, and control components.
Collaboration: Work closely with landscape designers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of lighting into overall landscape plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet industry standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their lighting preferences, address concerns, and provide recommendations for enhancing their outdoor spaces.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscape Lighting Technician or in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring related to landscape lighting.
Familiarity with various types of lighting fixtures and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret landscape lighting design plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid Class E driver's license and reliable transportation.
