This Job Provides An Opportunity To

Expand your knowledge of plant materials in coordination with our award-winning 10-acre Nursery
Work on a self-managed flexible work schedule (after introductory period)
Learn and use the latest company provided CAD and productivity software
Work in a collaborative environment managing a diverse, inclusive, and respectful team
Learn and implement your work using natural, recycled, and innovative materials
Responsibilities
Manage assigned inquiries and provide creative solutions to our customers
Design high-end and sustainable residential outdoor spaces
Communicate plans and support production goals with design assistants and construction managers
Work in a creative CAD design planning environment (Land FX a plus)
Estimate complex construction projects
Qualifications
Demonstrate ability to earn customer's trust and manage landscape design and construction projects
Show a portfolio of work with 2+ years of experience in a landscaping design position
Know local horticulture sources and plant availability
Display awareness of many facets of landscape construction, including, but not limited to - hardscape, irrigation, and construction detailing
Have a valid driver's license and good driving record
