Key Responsibilities:

Development Planning and Mapping: Take a leading role in planning and mapping out new development projects.

Council Liaison and Negotiation: Directly engage with councils and planning committees to ensure that projects meet local regulations and community needs.

Property Strategy Management: Handle strategic property acquisitions and disposals, crucial for shaping project landscapes.

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Surveying or a closely related discipline.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Possession of a full UK Driving License, with willingness to travel as required.
