We are a top single-family production home builder in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and we are looking to add an experienced Land Development Manager to our team. We are searching for someone who has experience working for a single family home builder and has experience doing pre-construction prior to the homes being built.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage design, estimating, & development of jobsites
• Oversee daily Land Development operations
• Track & monitor progress to keep on schedule
• Invoice & approve purchase & change orders
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of Land Development experience
• Experience in Dallas/Fort Worth market
• Strong Land Development/Pre-Con background
