T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Group Manager in the Site Development department based out of our Mount Laurel, NJ office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. A Group Manager oversees technical workload and deliverables of a group of technical staff. Additional responsibilities will include project and client management as well as a focus on business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer/project manager to gain exposure to further management and business development responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Required. Master’s Degree or MBA, preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required in the state of Pennsylvania.
10-15 years of related experience with all aspects of land development. Candidate must be fully versed in local and state design standards and land use regulation as relates to site/civil engineering design.
Must possess relationships within the broader development community and demonstrate a strong track record of managing and completing successful land development projects.
Experience with supervision of staff-level employees is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized, self-motivated candidate with an ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work both independently and within a team environment.
