Land Development Manager

We are looking for a Land Development Manager to join our construction team. As the Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing site work, estimating, and underwriting projects. You will also be expected to develop a strategy for land development and civil engineering projects. What You Will Be Doing

As the Land Development Manager, you will be expected to manage all aspects of the land development process including site work, estimating, and underwriting. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet goals, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.

What You Need for this Position

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, and site work. You must also possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with commercial underwriting procedures is a plus.

What's In It for You

This job pays an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $175,000. In addition, we may offer bonuses and perks such as travel allowance and flexible working hours.
