We are seeking a motivated Land Acquisition Agent to join our team at USF Energy Partners, located in Wexford, PA. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities. As a Land Acquisition Agent, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring properties for project development. Your responsibilities will include conducting market assessments, feasibility studies, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and acquire properties suitable for development projects.
Engage with landowners and stakeholders using strong communication and negotiation skills.
Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and property valuations.
Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate property transactions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to explore property opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition, leasing, or related activities; energy development experience is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of legal aspects related to property ownership and rights.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, locally and nationally.
Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and database management; familiarity with GIS is a plus.
