-Bachelor's or higher degree from a program with a major in biology, chemistry, or the physical sciences

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for an QC Tech to join the team at one of the largest health care organizations in NYC. They will be working on the product qualification team. They must have NY state licensure. They will receive six weeks of training onsite at the facility. This individual will be a full-time employee with complete competitive employee benefits. The clinical laboratory technologist position entails following the established and approved protocols of the department of health, performs clinical laboratory procedures and examinations and any other tests or procedures conducted by a clinical laboratory, including maintaining equipment and records, and performing quality assurance activities related to examination performance. This position is responsible for performing product/patient/donor as testing required so that components are distributed in a timely manner to the customer.

Salary:

0-2 yrs. : $44.89 p/hr.

2-5 yrs. : $45.42 p/hr.

5-10 yrs. : $48.06 p/hr.

10+ yrs. : $52.82 p/hr.
