Our Partner is seeking a Laboratory Technician, the person would be reporting to the LC LC/MS Group Lead. The candidate will support the Chemistry and Regulatory Testing and regulatory submission for our Partner. The position will be located on-site in the Durham, NC laboratory.
Responsibilities
Perform routine collection of aerosol samples from ENDS devices.
Perform preparation of samples for analysis.
Cleaning of laboratory glassware.
Write and review scientific documents in a timely manner (SOPs, VOPs, and Work Instructions).
Manage the regulatory documents systematically in a highly organized fashion.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in biology, chemistry or related field with a focus in sample preparation.
Minimum 2 years of experience with sample preparation.
Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents.
Ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High motivation and flexibility.
ENDS or nicotine related products experience is preferred.
Experience in a regulated laboratory environment such as ISO 17025 is preferred but not required.
Pay Rate: $23/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract
