Job Description: Program Manager, Lab Operations

As a program manager for RL Devices, labs and site, the role is to plan, direct, or coordinate projects and processes pertaining to the internal and external labs, site and facilities working with internal stakeholders, XFN teams and external partners to achieve program milestones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate lab and site related projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing workflows.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze site and asset data, facility functions, XFN processes to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with site and lab teams, governance boards and XFN teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend improvements to reach agreed upon milestones.
• Consult and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment towards milestone progress.
• Occasional travel to NORAM labs and sites for site visits

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong knowledge of lab/sites processes, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective use of sites and labs.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and processes.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google suite,.. etc.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
