4 year degree in Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience in a related field (i.e. lab technician, fluid tech, quality control).

ICP OES, IC, autotitrator and frictional flow loop experience a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sets up, maintains, calibrates, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments such as viscometers and balance scales, along with other equipment common to the oilfield industry for Fracturing, and Acidizing applications.
Aids in developing Quality Policies & Quality Systems Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures.
Follows industry standardized operating procedures, tests solutions and slurries used for applications in fracturing and acidizing, allowing for safe and effective performance.
Tests idealistic 'field' conditions to understand the behavior of our products and optimizing their performance.
Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist all customers (internal & external) in making qualitative and quantitative analyses, and determine the best approach for services to be applied.
Complies and interprets results of tests and analyses.

Salary:
$32/Hr - $38/Hr
