What does this team do?

The Cloud Operations Team is tasked with the management, security and enhancement of cloud infrastructure, specializing in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. Our primary objective is to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud services.

What would you do in this role?

  • EKS Cluster Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain EKS clusters across multiple environments (Development, Staging, Production).
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes infrastructure, container orchestration, networking, persistent storage and CI/CD.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices for EKS environments, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), network policies, and container image security scanning. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization and performance of Kubernetes clusters through auto scaling, resource allocation and performance tuning.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kubernetes infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.



What do you need to apply?

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes or similar.
  • Strong experience with AWS and other cloud providers.

  • Experience as a developer working with Django/NextJS
  • PostgreSQL/MSSQL
  • TypeScript

Our targeted cash compensation for this role is between $130,000 and $160,000, which does not include any potential equity offerings. Annual Pay Range

$130,000—$160,000 USD
