Knowledge Manager
Client is looking for a Knowledge Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of strategies to efficiently capture, organize, and share Digital Referrals & Orders program knowledge. They will facilitate the collaborative design of learning materials and leverage technology to ensure seamless access to relevant information, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the DRO. The Knowledge Manager will collaborate with a high-performing team and work with other groups including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, DoBC, and vendors.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient knowledge creation, capture, storage, and dissemination within the DRO.
- Establish and maintain knowledge repositories and databases using enterprise endorsed platforms.
- Explore and implement technology solutions that enhance knowledge management and training processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant tools for efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards for knowledge assets.
- Ensure that information is documented clearly and comprehensively for easy accessibility for internal and external teams.
- Ensure that knowledge management practices adhere to relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure DRO team members adherence to and maintenance of knowledge management practices and frameworks
- Assess learning needs and collaborate with teams to address knowledge gaps
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand needs, and tailor knowledge solutions accordingly.
- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages employees to contribute to the knowledge base. Design and create learning materials, manuals, and resources.
- Conduct learning sessions to educate teams on new processes, tools, or information.
- Generate engaging and informative content for various platforms, such as intranet, manuals, and online courses.
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
