Are you looking to join an established, stable but also fast growing company? Does it matter to you if

experience and passion focused on CPG? This National Key Account Manager position will be

responsible for leading and managing Garcoa’s relationships with key retail and contract packaging

customers to achieve revenue and market share goals for the liquid personal care products

manufactured by our company. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans,

establishing and maintaining key customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

to drive business growth.


Sales Strategy Development:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the

company's overall business objectives.

● Set sales targets and objectives for customers, ensuring they are aligned with company

goals. Provide forecast information that helps the company set its goals and use its

resources.

● Conduct regular business reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to

management and ownership.

● Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

● Demonstrate and utilize outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and problem solving

skills.

● Collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams, particularly marketing, global

product development, planning and supply chain/operations to coordinate and execute

customer sales plans.

● Partner and work directly with Broker Groups to help manage assigned accounts.

● Attend industry events and trade shows to address business matters and promote the

company as a leading supplier of personal care products.

● Travel as needed to assigned customers (dependent on the home base and customer).


Market Analysis and Reporting:

● Conduct regular market analyses to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and

competitive landscape.

● Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and ownership, providing

insights into performance metrics, market share, forecasts vs actual sales, etc.

● Utilize data-driven information to recommend and make informed decisions and

adjustments to the sales strategy.


Qualifications And Requirements:

● A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

● Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role with a consumer products company, preferably in

the health or beauty space.

● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Home base location must be within 1 hour driving distance of Dallas, Texas.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

● Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
