Foundation Wellness is looking to add a Key Account Manager to the Foot Petals and Flat Socks team!


As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, assess customer needs, and cultivate strong relationships with our brands. You'll identify new product opportunities, provide solutions for customer improvement, and ensure retention and growth. Additionally, you'll deliver exceptional service, collaborate internally, and represent the company at trade shows, all while maximizing ROI and maintaining effective product presentation and promotion both in-store and online. This is a remote role with 15-20% travel.

What you do:

  • Develop, manage, and execute sales and business plans for the assigned key accounts in conjunction with sales manager.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
  • Assess customer needs and establish industry leading relationship with book of brands.
  • Add and evaluate opportunities for new products within respective account base.
  • Deliver future-focused solutions to help customers improve their business, securing both retention and growth.
  • Provide service, resolve issues, and maximize consumption and ROI.
  • Plan, analyze and implement projects and initiatives across internal functions and partner on initiatives across all focus channels and key accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase revenue on eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure effective in-store and online product presentation and promotion.
  • Serves as a company representative at regional and national trade shows.
  • Establish frequent business reviews to deliver results and continued partnership value
  • What you know:

    • Strong expertise in retail, CPG, or wholesale sales
    • Experience in selling and creating strategic go to market plans, and delivering growth initiatives
    • Data-driven, problem-solving skills and experience in deriving insights from data sets
    • Adept in strategic and tactical planning, forecasting
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with remote resources.
    • Passion for solving and resolving customer problems & supplying creative solutions
    • Experience integrating effective merchandising techniques to enhance retail engagement a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & related programs.
    • Strong oral, written and presentation skills is a must.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to assigned account(s), meetings, and retail markets
    • Assertive, pro-active style with sense of urgency


    What we require:

    • 2-5 years selling experience or merchant background in consumer products
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Industry experience in footwear/accessories is a plus
    • Interest or experience in the eCommerce industry or experienced in the wholesale eCommerce sales cycle is a plus
    • 15-20% travel
