Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, tailored to their unique needs.
Foster collaboration with general education teachers and support staff to provide comprehensive student support.
Implement evidence-based methodologies to promote academic, social, and emotional growth among students with disabilities.
Provide direct instruction and support in small group and one-on-one settings.
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Minnesota State Special Education Certification for grades K-12.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Proficiency in special education laws and regulations.
Details
Full-time position (35 hours/week).
On-site role.
Caseload spans from elementary to high school.
School year: 24/25.
